PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on August 27, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $990,510.04. On June 14, 2020, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $1,261,138.40. On June 22, 2021, the BOC approved the 2nd and final renewal for an amount not to exceed $1,038,171.08. On November 11, 2021, an Emergency Purchase was awarded to American Eagle, LLC for Groups II and III. On December 14, 2021, BOC approved the cancellation of DeAngelo Brothers, LLC contract due to the company ceasing operation. On August 2, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $342,059.22.

This request seeks to ratify a previously provided sixty (60) day contract term increase, effective as of December 31, 2022, for both contracts. This request also seeks to increase the contract funds and term through March 31, 2023 for both contracts to allow the completion of litter removal services at 37 locations within the County.

The procurement process for a new contract is currently in process.
