PURPOSE:

On December 1, 2022, approval was obtained to utilize Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement EZIQC Contract No. GA-ST04-040820-BDG. The awarded vendor performed emergency repairs needed to prevent imminent failure of Pedestrian Bridge #1 at Arabia Mountain Park. This request seeks to ratify the emergency replacement and repairs made on the pedestrian bridge.

Recommend ratification of Purchase Order No. 1312791 with:

 

Bayne Development Group, LLC, 1551 Jennings Mill Road; Bldg. 1600 A, Watkinsville, GA  30677

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $123,479.38.
