PURPOSE:
Application of Chad Mercer for a Major Modification to zoning conditions pursuant to CZ-18-21945 to increase the number of residential units from 6 to 8 units per acre in the MR-2 (Medium Density Residential-2) zoning district. The property is located on the southwest corner of Memorial Drive and South Howard Street at 211 South Howard Street in Atlanta, Georgia.
