PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 26, 2020, to two (2) bidders for a total amount not to exceed $200,000.00. On July 28, 2020, the BOC approved the request to rescind award to one of the bidders and awarded R.B. Communications, Inc. an additional $100,000.00 for a total amount not to exceed $200,000.00. On February 2, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $100,000.00. On February 13, 2021, the BOC approved the 1st Renewal Option for an amount not to exceed $100,000.00. On August 24, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $100,000.00. On February 8, 2022, the BOC approved the 2nd Renewal Option for an amount not to exceed $300,000.00. On July 12, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $175,000.00. On December 13, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 for an amount not to exceed $200,000.00.
This request seeks to increase the contract funds and term through July 31, 2023 to allow time to obtain a new contract. New procurement is currently underway.
