PURPOSE:

To urge the Chief Executive Officer to initiate a study of the feasibility and impacts of certain schedule changes for DeKalb County offices and employees, in an effort to find ways to improve services to citizens and improve employee morale.

Recommended Action

Adopt the attached Resolution urging the Chief Executive Officer to initiate a study and report to the Board of Commissioners on the results of the study within 30 days after its completion.
