PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 11, 2022 to four (4) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $99,619,477.21. These contracts consist of providing on-call services for pipe replacement and repair services on water transmission, distribution mains, service lines, and repair on or replacement of sanitary sewers. The work also consists of providing emergency repairs to existing water mains, gravity sewers, and force mains.

Due to delays in supply chain and contracting issues, additional contracting capacity is needed to complete the required Consent Decree work under Consent Decree - Package 5 Component 12. This request, to increase Contract No. 1301520 scope of work and funding, will assist in the completion of existing services meant to further needed repair, rehabilitation, and replacement water and sewer infrastructure work.

This substitute is being submitted to revise the requested increase to the contract, additional information entries, Agenda Notes, and User Department Change Order Request No. 1.
