PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC, October 11, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $12,752,002.78. This contract consists of providing on-call services for pipe replacement and repairs services on water transmission, distribution mains, service lines, and repair on or replacement of sanitary sewers. The work also consists of providing emergency repairs to existing water mains, gravity sewers, and force mains.

Due to delays in supply chain and contracting issues, additional contracting capacity is needed to complete the required Consent Decree work under Consent Decree - Package 5 Component 12. This request seeks to increase Contract scope of work and term. Approval of this request will assist in the completion of existing services meant to further needed repair; rehabilitation; and replacement water and sewer infrastructure work.

This substitute is submitted to revise the requested increase in contract funds and User Department Change Order Request No. 1.
