PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC, on November 13, 2018, for an amount not to exceed $1,964,225.00. On October 25, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $645,290.00 for funding to continue services at the contracted sites and to add additional sites for servicing due to low staff. This contract consists of professional landscape maintenance and emergency services. This request is to increase contract funds to allow for the continuation of services at Callanwolde, NH Scott Park, Luscious Sanders/Bruce Street, Mason Mill, Hamilton, Porter Sanford/Rainbow, Tobie Grant Parks, Magistrate Court, Gregory Adams, Lou Walker Senior Center and New Scott Candler.
