PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on October 12, 2021, to four (4) contractors for a total amount not to exceed $600,000.00. On December 20, 2022, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option to three (3) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $600,000.00. On December 19, 2023, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option to three (3) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $600,000.00. On July 9, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to Contract 1269307 for a total amount not to exceed $500,000.00 to increase funds and add the Department of Roads and Drainage (R&D). These contracts consist of the purchase of asbestos, abatement, demolition and removal services. This request seeks to increase funds and extend the contract through December 31, 2025.
