CA - Cooperative Agreement for Consent Decree: Trenchless Technology Rehabilitation, External Point Repairs, and Related Products and Services (OMNIA Partners Cooperative Purchasing Agreement No. R170802) [DeKalb Cooperative Agreement]: for use by Department of Watershed Management (DWM). The contract consists of providing sewer system trenchless sewer line rehabilitation services. This request is to obtain over 71,000 linear feet of sewer line rehabilitation services; to include inspections, sewer line cleaning, external point repairs, manhole rehabilitation, and cured in place pipe lining. Awarded to SAK Construction, LLC. Amount Not To Exceed: $7,781,553.28.

PURPOSE:
Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Region 4 ESC/OMNIA Partners Cooperative Purchasing Agreement No. R170802 annual contract for the provision of trenchless technology rehabilitation and related services.
These requested services will assist DWM in completing over 360,000 linear feet of unallocated small diameter sewer line rehabilitation services under the Modified Consent Decree. The County will also utilize additional existing contracts, where/if possible, to complete the required linear footage.
The County's resulting contract will be drafted to survive the expiration of the Region 4 ESC/OMNIA Partners Cooperative Purchasing Agreement No. R170802.
