RFP - Request for Proposals No. 21-500596 Consent Decree (CD) - On Call Engineering Services: Trunk Sewer Design (Multiyear Contract): for use by the Department of Watershed Management (DWM). Consist of providing on call engineering services that primarily includes engineering studies, design, land surveying, easement plats/legal descriptions, construction administration, and related services for wastewater projects in the County's Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) and Consent Decree (CD) Program. Recommend award to the five (5) highest scoring proposers: Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., CDM Smith, Inc., Barge Design Solutions, Inc., Gresham Smith, and Freese and Nichols, Inc. Total Amount Not to Exceed $22,148,153.00.

PURPOSE:
Consists of providing on call engineering services. The scope of services will be in furtherance of the following phases: Project Management; Basis of Design Report (BDR) including 10% design; Survey/Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE); Geotechnical Engineering; (30%) percent design and constructability review; 60% Construction Documents; (90%) percent Contract Documents and Permitting; Final Design (100 % Construction Plans); Bidding and Negotiating; Construction Administration; Post Construction, Start-Up and System Performance Guarantee; and Additional Services as Requested. These contracts will provide on call and as needed engineering services to support the County's Watershed Management Engineering staff. Ten (10) proposals were received
